Hull Sealant Missing - Front Overload - Risk of Capsizing

This notice is sent to you in accordance with applicable laws. BRP is conducting a safety recall.
Our records show that you own a potentially affected watercraft.
What is the potential problem?
Hull sealant is missing at specific sections. Water evacuation from the hull may not be optimal without this sealant and worsen the following condition: Improper distribution of passengers and cargo weight could overload the front of the watercraft and cause instability, nosediving and possibly lead to capsizing. This could cause serious injuries or even death.

Certain MY25 Sea-Doo Switch Cruise Limited
What will BRP do?
BRP will repair your watercraft at no charge to you (parts and labor). The procedure will take less than an hour and consist of adding partial sealant application to specific sections of the hull.
What should YOU do?
Schedule an appointment immediately with any authorized BRP Sea-Doo Switch dealer to have the safety recall repair performed on your unit. To find a dealer, see the end of this letter.
If you choose to ride your watercraft before the sealant application, be aware that your watercraft will be more sensitive to front overload as water evacuation from the hull will not be optimal under specific conditions. Before every ride, you and your passengers need to get familiar with the warnings and instructions regarding front overload and proper passenger and cargo weight distribution.
If you leased this watercraft :
· Send a copy of this letter to the lessee within ten working days after the day you received this letter.
· Do the same with any future letters about this safety recall.
What to do if you feel you have received this notice by mistake?
This notice was mailed to you according to the most current information we have available.
If you know the current owner or operator, please forward this letter to them.
If there has been a change of ownership or you have a change of address, please notify BRP so we can update our records accordingly.
