Conditions to opt-in the program
These are the Bombardier Recreational Products Inc., its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively “BRP”) terms and conditions for services related to BRP's Alerts Program. Please read these terms and conditions carefully, as they may have changed since your last visit. Always check the “Last updated” date above.
If you enter BRP’S Alert Program, you accept these terms & conditions and agree to receive text messages for various purposes including:
Promotional content
End-of-warranty
Product recalls.
When you opt-in to the service:
We will send you an SMS message to confirm your signup for BRP Alerts Program notifications / alerts.
You will receive, among others, up to:
One highly targeted marketing communication per month
One end-of-warranty communication per year and
One or more recall communication(s) only if applicable for health or safety related matters.
Opt-out process
You can opt-out of the BRP Alerts Program at any time. Just text "STOP" to stop receiving these text messages. After we receive the ‘’STOP’’ message, you will receive an unsubscription confirmation by SMS to one of the text messages you have received to stop receiving messages. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text "HELP" for assistance . After you send the SMS message "HELP" to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service as well as how to unsubscribe.

We are able to deliver messages to the following mobile phone carriers:
Major carriers: AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, T-Mobile, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Alltel, Boost Mobile, Nextel,Telus, Koodo, Fido, Rogers, Solo Mobile, Videotron,Public Mobile and Virgin Mobile.
Other :Alaska Communications Systems (ACS), Appalachian Wireless (EKN), Bluegrass Cellular, Cellular One of East Central IL (ECIT), Cellular One of Northeast Pennsylvania, Cincinnati Bell Wireless, Cricket, Coral Wireless (Mobi PCS), COX, Cross, Element Mobile (Flat Wireless), Epic Touch (Elkhart Telephone), GCI, Golden State, Hawkeye (Chat Mobility), Hawkeye (NW Missouri), Illinois Valley Cellular, Inland Cellular, iWireless (Iowa Wireless), Keystone Wireless (Immix Wireless/PC Man), Mosaic (Consolidated or CTC Telecom), Nex-Tech Wireless, NTelos, Panhandle Communications, Pioneer, Plateau (Texas RSA 3 Ltd), Revol, RINA, Simmetry (TMP Corporation), Thumb Cellular, Union Wireless, United Wireless, Viaero Wireless, and West Central (WCC or 5 Star Wireless).
Over time, other carriers may be added to this list.
BRP does not charge for the sending of receipt of these text messages. BRP and the carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. As always, standard message and data rates may apply and be charged by your carrier. For further details concerning what your carrier may charge, please consult your plan.
The short codes used by BRP for the Alerts Program is 87965.
Changes to these terms and conditions
BRP may, in its sole discretion, change these terms and conditions from time to time, by posting revised terms and conditions on this website. By taking part of BRP’S Alert Program after the revised terms and conditions have been posted, you signify your acceptance and agreement to be bound by the revised terms and conditions.
